This summer, I’m going to be cooking and eating like a regular person. That’s my goal. I’m going to start to eat more low-fat meat, get more veggies and fruits, and start to eat more salads. I’ll also continue to get more exercise, which will help me feel more well-rested and more at peace with myself.

So far, so good, but if you want to feel more like you’re actually eating well, you’ll want to add in a few other foods. I think it would be really cool if you could add in a salad dressing, maybe a yogurt, and a dessert.

It was more like a game of high-school text-based quizzes.
